GROUP :

Workcamps consist of international groups of 12-15 volunteers from at least 4-5 countries including 2-3 Turkish. The common language, if no other is indicated, is English and each group has a bilingual Turkish leader who is present throughout the camp to help you. Their role is to ensure that the camp runs smoothly by and to reduce language barriers.

Group life is democratic and social activities are decided on by the group members with the guidance of the leaders. Volunteers are asked to respect the group leaders' experience as well as local customs and traditions.

You should keep in mind that the atmosphere and success of the work camps depend above all on the participants. An open mind, tolerance, respect, willingness to help to each other within the group and in contacts with the locals, are essential for the success of the camp.

AGE :

There is no upper age limit while the minimum is 18. Anybody likes to come, welcome.
